These rules are product constraints for Roxy. Changing them requires Alisa's explicit approval — they are not self-serve toggles in this MVP.

Corporate focus block is protected. Role / board / chapter work is scheduled after 5 unless Alisa overrides.
Meeting buffers
Roxy inserts lead-up and recovery buffers around high-stakes events (e.g. ALO Chapter).
ALO — 2nd Saturday
ALO Chapter stands on the 2nd Saturday each month (e.g. 11:00 AM ET).
Approval gate
Outbound email drafts never send until Alisa taps Approve. Approve marks approved in-app only — it does not send email in this MVP.
Sunday recap — standing approval
Weekly Sunday recap to Alisa is pre-approved as a standing exception to the outbound approval gate.
Connect Google: when
GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID / GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET are set in Vercel, Sign in with Google is available above. Once signed in, Inbox and Calendar show live domain-labeled items only (TPFI, DeeperRSC, Myers, ALO, KB, SRF).
